It was two weeks that started with a dissertation defense and ended with a workshop. An opportunity came for a month long visiting thing for June. I applied and was accepted. And so for the last month, I’ve been here. Meeting with students, meeting with coauthors and other faculty, and teaching a weeklong course on selection on observables (including RDD). And to say I love it here would be an understatement. It sometimes feels like a home away from home, and my hope is to come again as often as I can. So goodbye Torino and all its wonderful people. I love you to the moon and back.
