Good morning everyone. It’s 7am in Barcelona where I am right now, typing away at my computer. I went to bed at 9pm with my melatonin gummies, my soft black eye shade masks, and black out shades and woke up 3 hours later at midnight wide awake. My sleep app, Sleep Cycle, now had a SleepGPT chatbot inside of it so now every every rest, not only do I get a ton of data about how the night went, not only do I get little recordings of my snoring, coughing and sleep talking, but I have a little friend (though not nearly as friend as ChatGPT-4) there waiting to summarize all the information for me. I stayed up for about two hours, then fell asleep and now woke up giving me a grand total of around 6 1/2 hours of sleep and 8 1/2 hours in bed! Not bad for me who is struggling to get 5 hours a night. I really think it’s the mattress at home. I’m going to work on it.
