GPT Prompts are where we will find the next jump shot

No AI assisted me on this substack. I will from now on cite gpt-4 if I use it at all, but this was written while laying in bed thinking about these new language models.
I want to make an argument that’s become clear to me after having spent Thursday and Friday last week experimenting with GPT-4 and listening to critics and criticisms of language AI. But to do it I want to first use some examples from sports to help motivate this.

Basketball as a sport has several core moves that without them, the gameplay is severely limited. If you can’t dribble, dunk or shoot jump shots, then one could argue it’s a severely limited version of itself.
