Update on Progress on the Mixtape Revisions

I think I'll make the December 1 deadline for the second edition of the Mixtape with Yale. Been working around the clock for a while, and before that stuck in a repetitive editing of the unconfoundedness chapter which I finally just had to move on to diff-in-diff to stop.
