Thanks Scott for another excellent curation. Do you think the Microsoft acquisition of OpenAI is trying to remove the competition, an element of sunken cost fallacy, or something else altogether?

They haven’t acquired it I don’t think? They do have a major stake and scrape 20% off revenue through 2032 as part of restructuring their investment I think

Sorry, I meant the major stake. For me though, I genuinely think this is the first signs of an acquisition. Which will obviously be deeply ironic given what's just happened to OpenClaw.

That would be an expensive acquisition. It's valued at $185 billion at the moment.
