It's on my to do list. I'm interview Chris Taber on Friday, and so my goal was to start with Alton, Elder and Taber (2005), then Emily Oster's paper, then Carlos paper, just so I could see that longer stream. But your comment has convinced me to print all three out which I just did.
Yes, please do a post on Carlos' paper with Hazlett and the Long Story Short paper! It would be helpful to make sense of the mathematics behind it.
